The work of the knights is carried out at both a local and national level. Following the KSC's successful national 'Wells for Water' campaign, which raised £277.000 over the past three years, the following National Action Project supported the 'Help the Hospices' movement. Another project provided support for the Samaritans.

The National Action Project for 2019 to 2021 is to support the John Foster memorial Home in Mangalamcombu, South India, which provides food, clothes, safe shelter and a guaranteed education for destitute children. Find out more at their website at www.jfct.org.uk
